DeVaughn Kordan

DeVaughn is a BCBA for KidsLink Connect. She completed her Bachelor's degree in Psychology at John Carroll University and completed her Masters in Special Education and Behavior Intervention Specialist Certificate through Kent State. DeVaughn obtained her BCBA certification in July of 2022. She began working at KidsLink in December of 2016. During her time in the KidsLink School, she had worked with various teams, including multiple primary teams and an intermediate team, in her roles as a Behavioral Therapist and Assistant Educational Coordinator. She also dedicated three years as an Educational Coordinator for one of the primary classrooms, as well as behavior consulting for students within her classroom. DeVaughn loves being a part of the students' growth, and creating meaningful connections with them and their families every day! In her spare time, she enjoys family time, thrifting and yoga.
