Rachel Undercoffer, M.Ed., Ed.S, NCSP, School Psychologist
Rachel Undercoffer, M.Ed., Ed.S., NCSP is a public/parochial school and independently (privately) licensed School Psychologist with KidsLink Neurobehavioral Center. She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology, with a minor in applied conflict management from Kent State University. She then furthered her education by obtaining a Masters of Education degree and Educational Specialist degree in school psychology at KSU in 2013. Following graduation, she became a Nationally Certified School Psychologist in 2015. Rachel worked in the public school system across Northeast Ohio for nine years specializing in working with students with social emotional/behavioral disorders, Autism Spectrum Disorders, and low-incidence disabilities. In the school setting, she participated on crisis and threat assessment teams, as well as committees to implement successful intervention support for all young people. In 2021, Rachel shifted to working outside of the school setting as an educational consultant for school districts requiring intensive support for improved school outcomes & compliance as designated by the state, along with providing professional development in areas of special education, equity, disproportionality, multi-tiered systems of support (MTSS), and positive behavior intervention supports (PBIS). In recent years, Rachel has continued her education by becoming a Board Certified Cognitive Specialist in 2021 and is currently working through other educational programs to enhance her therapeutic skill set.
At KidsLink, Rachel applies her expertise in completing psychoeducational evaluations across a variety of domains and potential diagnoses/disorders. She co-facilitates therapeutic groups that are offered to teens/young adults, as well as provides individual counseling services to children, with and without diagnoses, across a variety of ages, along with supporting families with evidence-based strategies. When she is not working at KidsLink, Rachel enjoys reading, working out, and traveling.
